- Ensure strong tenured tenants across market cycles with high credit worthiness
- Commission behind the meter solutions in the most efficient markets
- Long term contract spanning 25 years of PPA revenue
- Design the system with efficient capital spend
- Systems less than 1 MW threshold to simplify the interconnection processes
